What: Birthday Party at my house. Mostly vgames, hanging out, whatever. If it looks like snow, and we have an epic snowstorm like last year, we'll have a snowball fight. If that happens I'll contact everyone to bring snow stuff.

Transportation: Get your own! Please don't get stuck at my house.

Should you give me a present: If you want. Small amounts of money or iTunes gift cards are greatly appreciated.
Should you eat beforehand: We'll serve pizza, pop, and snacks, so its up to you.

Tuba: Coming after 3:00

Mall & Movie VFINAL

Date: Sat 12/17.

Time: 6:30/7 - 10:30/11. Should start movie by 8:30/9. YOU MUST LEAVE RIGHT AFTER THE MOVIE. My parents want to go to sleep.

What: Mall hide and seek, followed by a movie night at my house.
Place: Meet @ Gamestop in Westland mall, drive to my house after. If you have transport issues, handle them.
The Movie: Decide when we get there. If you want to bring a movie suggestion, that's cool. Or we might go rent one. Whatever.

Vgames n stuff

This is Dan.
What: Vgames n stuff at my house. Bring whatever you want. I guess its a GHO. Trombone will bring Brawl. There will be generic shooting games. There is DDR (but nobody will want to play). Maybe Mudge should bring Quelf if we get bored.
When: Friday, November 24th, 12 - 5.

Should You Eat Lunch Beforehand: Yes you should. But there will be snacks.

Plea for Information

Hey guys. Long time no see, though hopefully either Dan will plan vgames for Thanksgiving break or he'll tell me he's not so I can plan a GHO or something (ahem). ANYWAY, I'm posting this because I need opinions on something:

So. Senior Trip. We made a LOT of progress at our last meeting (though it may not have felt like it) and we'd planned on meeting again over Xmas break, probably after the 1st of the year. Hopefully Stephany will have heard from Harvard by then and/or know if she can come. However, I have not heard from her and don't know where she's at on this, or if she'd be able to make the meeting. The question I propose for y'all is this: do you guys feel that you have enough questions/new information/business to take care of to warrant a meeting without Steph? Obviously if she has a direct answer for us by then, we'll need to meet, but if not, do you guys think its worth it?

Please think about this and let me know whenever I see y'all next, or via some random form of modern communication. I want group input though. Personally, I feel like we could ramp up some of the planning, but I need to know if you guys agree. Thanks!

Halloween Lockin V3

Hey guys. The next event on our agenda is the Halloween laser tag lock in. Some of us did this last year. It was cool. Here's the info:
Date: Sat 10/29 - Sun 10/30
Time: 10:30pm-6am.
What: Overnight unlimited laser tag. Awesome.
Cost: $30 member, $35 nonmember. To make up for this, I will not be planning anything w/ a cost in Nov and maybe not in Dec either.
People: Me, Trombone, Dan, Burke, Gabe, Tuba, Martin.
Transport: Carpooling is a viable option. If you have transport issues, tell me now. If you have a parent willing to drive (esp in the morning) please tell me that too.

Green: "I have no schedule conflicts and I plan on going."

Fall Park! V3 (edt 9/29)

Date: 10/1. Saturday
Time: 11am-4pm.
Place: Maybury State Park
What: Fall park including hiking, stick fights, and that really awesome hide-and-go-tag we played in the grass last year.
Transport: See comments.
Cost: Split gas/parking w/ whoever you drive w/.
Bring: Water, lunch, anything else you want.
Clothing: Camo if you have it. You want to blend into the brown/green grasses for tag, just sayin'.

Weather: Forecast: 51, rain. If it rains, we'll reschedule park and do something else w/ Martin this Sat - probably vgames @ dan's

Senior Trip Meeting + GHO - V6 (edt 9/19)

I wanted a senior trip meeting after dinner. Martin wanted to go out to dinner. Dan has to work but needs to be at the meeting...Read this post carefully so you understand what's going on.
Date: 9/24. Saturday
Time: Dinner @ 6, then back to my house until 11. The meeting will start circa 10pm because that's when Dan get off work. We'll finish the meeting w/ him there.
Place: Noodles & Co for dinner; my house/neighborhood for the rest
Transport: Trombone can drive us to dinner and back to my house. In return, we'll give him gas $. If you can't drive with him, figure the whole thing out yourself
Stuff to Discuss: the official dates, any questions you (or parents) have, some other stuff. I emailed an information packet thing a couple weeks ago; skim that before the meeting
Fun?: GHO before the meeting. Bring stuff if you want. We could outside too.

There's other vgames, chess, cards, board games (though mine are pretty lame), watching of old powerpoints, park, whatever we feel like doing. There will be food, but eat lunch before you come.

Oh yeah: One problem. I work. I will fill out one of those fancy time off request thingies so they don't schedule me that day. Most likely this will work out, but i'm not 100% sure so I'm not green for my own event :D. Assume though that this is happening.

The business meeting is POSTPONED until a Day in September at Jessica's House. More info to come.

Last Minute Thing. VFinal

Hey guys. I'd like to try to do something as a group this week before Band Madness begins. Here goes nothing.
Date: Thurs, 8/4
Time: 1pm until sometime.
Place: Meet at Burke's house
What: We'll decide when we get there! Maybe bowling, maybe a park, maybe GHO, maybe something else. That way I'm not calling everyone 800 times trying to sort through all the "I don't know"s. BTW: This was Burke's idea so blame him if it fails :).
