Business Stuff/Schedule

Hi everyone:
1) Winter park was a huge success! Snow rocks.
2) 2nd Winter Park: I will do a 2nd winter park for those who couldn't come in mid-late march IFF there's still snow. Date: TBD. If you don't know the deal with that, contact me
3) Tuba: Tuba said he would plan something fun between now and late march (if possible). He will post here (i think)
4) Bowling - people suggested bowling for sometime soon. Me? I don't care. If anybody cares, plan it and let me know when it is and if I can come I will.
5) I am NOT doing a tour of Detroit.
6) If you weren't @ this past winter park you need to call me to get some of the details about 2nd winter park & business.
7) If anybody wants to plan anything and want what I know of my schedule and everybody elses, contact me.
8) If any of the above didn't make sense to you, call me immediately. Then call a doctor.

Winter Park - V100000002Final

Here is your winter park info.
Date: 2/15/10. Monday. No school.
Time: 12:30pm-4pm
Place: The usual park.
What: Snow! And this time I think we should do a woodland snowball fight. Or have time to build fortifications before actually fighting. Just my opinion.
Chaperone: No
Bring: Full winter gear - including snowpants, boots, gloves, coat, etc
Don't Bring: Baseball bats. Sticks & snow only please
People: Me, Hungry, Dan, Burke, Tuba, Gabe, Martin.
Weather: The forecast predicts 29 degrees w/ snow flurries
Business: Will smash toothpick bridge for business. Also! I have other business, hence the time extension.

Jan. Ltag V3

THE PARK IS HEREBY POSTPONED UNTIL FEBRUARY. So we'll do something else instead. The only suggestion I've gotten is Ltag, so unless there's objections, that's what we're doing.

Park Voting Thing

Winter Park. Assuming there is snow by finals (there should be) we will do Winter Park.

Finals last from Jan 26th - Jan 28th. Each day we get released at about 11:15 (varies by school). We have no school on Jan 29th (a friday).

We can do winter park on Jan 28th after finals
OR
We can do winter park on Jan 29th (any time)

Vote. Now. Or else I'll pick randomly and nobody has any right to complain.

Tuba's Idea

Tuba is planning a winter gettogether. I am posting for him because he can't get on the computer.
Date: Between 12/21 & 12/23.
Time: Sometime after 12:00 - 4/5pm
Place: Hines Park.
Bring: Your own sled.
Activity: Sledding, etc.
Transport: Get a ride
RSVP: Contact Tuba by phone, email, IM, or brick through his window and tell him what day is better for you.

Big Schedule w/ Imp. PS.

Hey Everyone! Well, fall park was great. Now I have a general schedule update for y'all.

I just got off the phone with Tuba about future events. I don't want to plan too far ahead-that doesn't work-but I do want to try to make the events fair - as in, a balance between what everybody likes to do. Tuba has something he wants to plan during Xmas break and winter park is, of course, a must. Here is what I think our schedule will be:
1) Ltag: late Nov. MAY BE CANCELLED (see comment)
2) Tuba's thing: late Dec/early Jan - talk to him.
3) Winter Park: Jan. after finals - 28th or 29th

Since both Winter Park & Tuba's Thing are outdoors (tuba will update you in a couple of days), SOME OF YOU may wish to plan something else between the two. If so, fine, but, personally, I like it how it is. To help everyone, here is what I know of when people are not free:
1) Me/Hungry - youth group: Sun. before 3.
2) Tuba: Sat. bad during the day.
3) Gabe: Mornings bad - wrestling.
4) Dan: Bowling @ some point. Fri? (edit this dan, pls).
5) Gen: 2:30-3:30 on school days (extra activity probs).
6) Stephany: Any time.

I suggest referring to this for a gen. idea of what's going on if you wish to plan something or change something or give feedback on something. FEEDBACK WANTED!

PS. Imp. Business: From here on out don't bother IMing me for group stuff - I'm not online much. Use email or phone. ALSO: I check my email in the morning & around 8/9:00 or bedtime(if i'm home late) so keep that in mind. If you call me, I'll pick up if I'm home; if not, I might not get the message until the next afternoon.

What: Park (its about time!)
Day/Time/Place: Tues, 11/3. 9 - 1 @ the usual park.
Bring: Lunch, Water, Backpack - you must carry what you bring! Shoes. Sweatshirt. Sports stuff. DHM. Wtvr.
Don't Bring: Baseball bats. Really, DONT.
People: Me, Hungry, Burke, Dan (eggs), Martin (eggs), Tuba (eggs), Gabe (crosscountry).
Transport: Get a ride or bike - if you bring it in the woods we WILL go off trail so...
Weather: Rain = cancel. Forecast: 42 deg., & partly cloudy. Note: It's supposed to rain Mon. night so it will probably be muddy. Do not be unprepared.
Business: First thing @ business tree...then FUN!!!!

Bowling 10/31

What: Bowling At MerriBowl
When: Halloween from 1 - 3ish (the more people, the longer this will take, obviously)
Who: Dan, Jessica, Hungry, Tuba, Martin, Burke, Gabe
Why: Because business needs to be done.
Cost: 3.69 per game, 2.99 for shoes. This is a lot more than I thought. Luckily I have some free game thingies (maybe even enough for everyone to pay off one game).
