1) Ltag.
Date: 1/2/11. Sunday.
Time: 6:30pm until whenever
Bring: Any friends/people you want
Place: the usual.
Cost: $7 per game.

2) Generic Stuff @ My House.
Time: 1-4:30.
What: Snow in the golfcourse behind my house, followed by nonvgame-gaming. Similiar to what we did @ Martin's snow CTF, actually.
Bring: Snow gear
Place: My house.
People: Me, Trombone, Dan, Burke, Tuba, Martin, Gabe

3) Winter park is, as always, the Friday after finals (or the Thursday of). Will post closer to the time.

Since no one responded yet, I have seized the opportunity to make 12/12 a party at my house for my bday.

Date: Sunday, 12/12/10.
Time: 11:30AM - 5PM. Food (likely pizza and pop and chips and snacks etc.) will be served
What: Dan's B-Day Party. I know my birthday is December 6, but I wanted to have a party and whatnot. There will be videogames and food and cake stuff and we can go to the park if it's not below freezing OR if there's sufficient snow to have snowfights etc. e&. blah blah blah
People: Dan, Jess, Trombone, Martin, Tuba, Burke, Gabe, Devin. This is the final list. Burke might come, he has HW so he's not sure. (everyone knows who Devin is, right?)
Presents?: If you want to, sure. Don't spend much, though.

I figured that if I was going to have a bday party doing something like this would be better than ltag AGAIN, where we play two boring games against a bunch of people we don't know that fail epically at ltag and my parents get to pay for it all >:-( yeah so this will be awesomeness.

Winter Gathering-- CTF With Snowballs.

Ok, so this is Martin's idea and planning, and I'm just posting it here for him.

Date: Any snow day we get with a good amount of snow. May also be on a weekend or break when we have a goodly amount of snow.

Time: Undecided.

Place: Either Buchanan, Algonquin Park by Roosevelt, Webster, or City Park by my house. (the big one, not the little field). If you want more info about City Park or Webster, ask me. For the others, ask Martin. He asks you to make a decision on which one you would like to do, I'll send another surveymonkey out. Check those places out on Google Maps and see which you think would be best, remember, there's 26 peeps. (not including one referee, who will be switched regularly.

Activity: CTF with snowballs, but its going to be very structured, like rules and actual cool flags and stuff. Martin's even making shields, and I'll map out an "arena" so to speak. There's gonna be actual teams since there are outsiders there.

Transport: Drive yo'self, unless you wanna carpool with someone, then tell them. Directions will come when the group decides.

Now the Most Important Part!

People: Now see, in addition to our group, we got 20 other people.


Yep, you read that right.


If you wanna know who they are (Stevenson people know most of them, y'all Churchill people probably don't have a clue who most of these people are,) check the Facebook Group Page (you can get a lot more info there) or send me an e-mail asking and I'll send it to you. However, since a lot of the people there just joined the group for the heck of I think, the number will probably be much less...


If you want more info on the rules, tell me, and I'll get martin to send you pdf of his rule sheet.

Meeting V2 Update- The day is October 17th.

Hey guys , It's Matt with some concrete stuff for a virtual meeting with Stephanie. As Martin has pointed out, we need to talk to her about stuff like the senior trip. This meeting would be conducted using the Jessica's web-cam on her laptop and my wi-fi. I would like to have this go down before the end of Oct. To find out the best times for you guys, I am going to take the selection of possible dates, and send you a survey to your email through a thing called Surveymonkey.
