Martin's Plan VOnly
Guys. I, Jess, am posting this for Martin. I did NOT plan it, fyi. So here is what I know:
Date: 10/7/10. Thurs.
Time: 1:00pm until sometime
Place: Laurel Park. Meet in the NORTH PARKING LOT
What: Laughing at people. Apparently. I dunno, I guess just hanging out. ????

IMPORTANT MEETING UPDATE!
Meeting V2 Update- The day is October 17th.

Hey guys , It's Matt with some concrete stuff for a virtual meeting with Stephanie. As Martin has pointed out, we need to talk to her about stuff like the senior trip. This meeting would be conducted using the Jessica's web-cam on her laptop and my wi-fi. I would like to have this go down before the end of Oct. To find out the best times for you guys, I am going to take the selection of possible dates, and send you a survey to your email through a thing called Surveymonkey. If you see this, don't let it be spam-folder-ed! Here is the other Info and individual messages.
DATE: October 17th!
TIME: 3-5ish.
PLACE: My House. E-mail me or Facebook message me for directions if needed.

BTS Ltag VFinal
Hey guys. Thanks to Dan for doing the August thing. Anyway, here's the deal:
Date: 9/8/10. Wed.
Time: 7:30-10pm
Place: usual Ltag thing
People: Me, Burke, Dan, Hungry, Tuba, Gabe, Martin
Cost: $7 per game. $5 for members
Note: Your hw/band/activity problems are yours alone. Finish stuff before ltag.

Next Event
Hey everyone. Here's all I know about the rest of the summer:
1) it's somebody else's turn to plan something. For August. Don't care what or when or how. if nobody plans anything, nothings getting planned, just an FYI. if you need the plan calendar cuz you lost it, email me and i'll give it to you.
2) i will do back-to-school ltag again. if you have any preference for the date, lemme know before the end of august.
3) could somebody email me gabe's phone #? I think maybe the # i have is wrong.
4) fall park is probably going to be in mayberry or in kensington. And we should go to kensington sometime anyway, separate from Park, for swimming and stuff. Apparently that have a water park now???

Summer Park Basics - V4: Final
Hey Everyone. This is the summer park basics.
Date: 7/22/10. Thurs.
Time: 9-4ish. DONT arrive late.
Place: The usual park
Chaperone: No. We're all 15 and 16. Not necessary.
Lunch/Food/Transport: Take care of your own
Bring: Sports equip, food, water, old clothes, backpacks, bug spray
Don't Bring: Breakables, valuables, electronics, cell phones. If your parents make you bring your phone, put it in hard, waterproof case. Bring NOTHING that cant get wet
Activities: AM: hiking, tag. PM: CTF, misc. Business during lunch.
People: Me, Hungry, Burke, Dan, Tuba, Martin.
Set Up Volunteers: Tuba, Hungry (arrive @ 8:00am)
Take Down Volunteers: Burke (stay no later than 5. Probably 4:30)
Weather: Current Forecast: HOT (bring H2O!!). Also say chance of storms. Rain date #1: 8/3/10. Rain date #2: 8/5/10. I won't postpone unless I see rain falling from the sky.
Checking Back: Check back the day before and/or day of. Nothing should change, but you should refresh your memories to be safe. You may wish to read the comments too.
Note: The issue w/ Martin, Dan, Tuba should be over now
Note II: For CTF, you're gonna want clothes that blend into the trees. It's stealth CTF. More info on that @ the park - or if you call me and want to know now.
Business: Misc - nothing major.

End Of The Year Thingy

2) Send me your summer calendar thing NO LATER than June 18th (preferably sooner - as in, ASAP)
3) Come to the end of the year thing @ Hungry's on the 18th. BE READY FOR LOTS OF BUSINESS! Please have your emails checked and be ready to go.
