Kensington VFinal (edt. 7/6)

Hey guys.
Date: July 7th. Thursday
Time: 11am-4pm. Meet @ the DQ @ 11
What: Kensington. Hiking/swimming.
Bring: Lunch, water, swimming stuff
Transport: We'll use Trombone's car. If you cant ride w/ him, talk to me. We need to discuss the transport issue as a group.
Cost: $5 per car. Hence my desire to all go in Trombone's car and split the cost ($1 each-ish)
People: Me, Trombone, Dan, Tuba, Martin, Burke (job), Gabe
Vgames: Plan them, by all means. But find a different day. I think the group needs to discuss this at this point...
Weather: partly cloudy, 83 degrees.
Business: Not really. Just the stuff I already mentioned (vgames and transport) and I'm not sure that really counts as business...

A Couple Notes

Hey guys! There's a couple points I want to make post-park, before the next event. You guys all suck at listening, so you might not know this stuff. Actually, I suck at listening too...oh well.
1) Meeting WITH Stephany in August. Probably the 7th, 13th or 14th.
2) Klovski plans on planning a Murray Lake and I plan on planning a Kensington that combines hiking and swimming. Both will likely be in July. We also need Vgames, one possibly in August when we do the meeting, another one whenever. Other summer options include the zoo, rollerskating, and whatever.
3) The group summer schedule calendar should be waiting in your email inboxes, minus Trombone's schedule since he hasn't given it to me yet. After my trip I'll send the updated version to y'all.
4) I'll send out the bermuda triangle thing at the same time I send the updated plan calendar
5) People who earned rewards for the plan calendar thing: You'll get them at the first videogame thing we have or something
6) Pictures from the park will go on facebook after my mission trip.

Summer Park VFinal (edt 6/17)

Hey guys. Since Stephany doesn't get home until 9:00pm our time, we'll have the meeting about the senior trip AT THE PARK. We'll send Stephany the recording of the discussion and I will contact her now and ask her if she has any input.
Date: 6/18. Saturday.
Time: 11-4/5ish
Place: Rotary
What: Stuff. Tag, man on woodchips, CTF, whatever. BRING WHATEVER YOU WANT! This is basically impromptu, which is fun.
Food: Bring water & a (bag) lunch.
Business: Yes, the senior trip meeting during lunch. Also, please have some idea of stuff you guys want to do this summer. We'll be as fast as possible. BRING IDEAS.
Weather: 81, isolated storms. DOES ANYBODY HAVE A RAIN PLAN?
